[日記] 無事、長女誕生(^ー^)ノ

2760gの元気な女の子を出産しました♪
名前はnkさんと色々悩んだ結果、和奏(わかな)にしました(*´∇｀*)
ゆんが扁平骨盤だったの為、なかなか下がってこなかったので誘発剤を使っての出産。
5：40 起床
6：00 分娩台で陣痛がきてないか機械で測定
(お腹が張ってるなぁ程度の張り感あり。
弱い陣痛が5分おきにきていた)
8：00 朝食&子宮収縮剤を服用
9：00 誘発剤の点滴開始
(点滴を開始した途端に
2～3分間隔で下腹部に鈍痛が・・・)
その後、痛みで時間は覚えていませんが、子宮口が5cmまでひらくようにと
風船みたいな物をいれられました。
入れた途端に鈍痛が激痛に(＠Д＠;
それでも昼食は陣痛と陣痛の間に食べれた。
2～3分おきなので2～3口食べたら中断・・・
起きてるのも痛いので半分くらい食べたところで食べたいんだけどギブアップ。
陣痛がくるたびに「痛ぁぁぁぁぁぁいっ!!」とか「うあぁぁぁぁぁ!!」とか声が出てました。
言うたびに「声を出すと赤ちゃん苦しくなるから深呼吸して!!」と怒られてた(ーー;)
その間、付き添ってくれたnkさんは腰をさすったり、手を握っててくれたり・・・
昼過ぎ頃まではまださがってなかったけど、
子宮口が7～8cmになった途端に下がってきたので、
先生やスタッフもバタバタと準備をしていざ分娩!!
やっといきめるのねぇ!!と助産師さんの誘導のもと分娩。
分娩の時はゆんはレバーを持っていきむし、
nkさんは娘の誕生を写真に残そうとシャッター押しまくり。
手に手をとって出産!な～んて感じじゃなかったけど、
そばにいてもらえただけで心強かったわぁ(*^-^)
処置後は陣痛室で待機していたゆんの両親と
nkさんのママがゾロゾロと分娩室に入ってきて
孫の見て喜んでくれました(*´▽｀*)ノ
もしかしたら誘発剤うって３日とかかるかも・・・
なんて言われてましたが、７時間１０分で出産☆ミ
「みんなには早かったねぇ」と言われたが、
ゆんにとっては長く感じたわA=´、｀=)ゞ
とりあえず、ひと仕事終えた～ぁぁ！って感じですε=(￣。￣;A フゥ…
