[日記] 母乳外来
今日は母乳外来に行ってきました。
・乳頭の皮膚が薄くなって痛い
・授乳した後、乳房の横の方が痛い
・夕方になると母乳を飲んでて、何かの拍子で乳 首が外れた途端
乳首をくわえなくなる。
けど、お腹はすいてるみたいで泣いて哺乳瓶からだったら飲む。
という変な癖?がここ数日あるので、母乳が足りてないの?
と気になることがあったのでね。

これは今まで何の刺激も受けてなかったのに
授乳で和奏に吸われてるせい。
あと、どうやらひっぱり飲みをしているらしい(^-^;
母乳は血液から作られてるので血液サラサラになるような食事をすると
母乳もサラサラになり、スムーズに乳腺から出てくるので
ひっぱり飲みをしなくなるらしい。
・授乳した後、乳房の横の方が痛い
和奏が吸う刺激で授乳後に痛いのだろう・・・との事
・夕方になると母乳を飲んでて、何かの拍子で乳首が外れた途端
乳首をくわえなくなる。
けど、お腹はすいてるみたいで泣いて哺乳瓶からだったら飲む。
という変な癖?がここ数日あるので、母乳が足りてないの?
これは赤ちゃんはお腹にいる時から夕方から夜にかけてが一番活動的らしく
お腹から出た後もその時間帯になると活動的らしく
泣いてぐずったり、おっぱいをほしがったり、
1人でバタバタ動いたりするんだとか・・・
実家にいる間は泣けば誰かが抱っことかしてかまっていたけど
横浜に戻って来てからは家事などでそうはいかないからその反動だろう・・・との事。
本当は体重的に足さない方がいいのだが
どうしても泣いて泣いてしょうがない時は
次の授乳に影響しないように40cc程度ミルクを足して欲求を満たしてあげて。
とアドバイスをしてもらいました(*^-^)
十分に出てないのかと心配したけど、
「よく出てるいいおっぱいよ!これ以上、出をよくしようとすると湧きすぎるおっぱいになるからね。」と
食事の改善と搾乳、自分でのおっぱいマッサージはしないように言われた。
あと、月1回たまってしまった古い母乳を出すようにおっぱいマッサージをしにくるように言われたわ。
母乳の出をよくしようとしてたのが、ゆんにはいけないことだったなんてΣ(・ω・ノ)ノ!
気になってること聞けたし、ためになる事色々教えてもらえたので
母乳外来行ってよかった♪
